Food makes people come together. Did you ever notice the togetherness of people who takes food together? Eating together in a family can solve many of the problems.
Eating food by watching TV is not good for your body and mind. Taking food by sitting on the floor will improve your air circulation and is good for veins. Another thing is which way we are cooking. Usage of aluminium vessels is not good for health. By saying all of these tips, I like to share 3 three easy recipes.
Tomato Salad:
- Tomato – 3ns sliced
- Lemon – ½ pieces
- Green chilly – 1ns chopped
- Coriander leaves – as required
- Curry leaves – 12ns
- Salt –as required
Preparation:
Slice the tomato into round shape and add chopped green chilly, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt. Add lemon juice and mix all. That’s all the tomato salad is ready…
Serve in a beautiful plate with some Coriander leaves.
Beetroot pickle:
- Beetroot -1ns (grated)
- Lemon- ½ pieces
- Green chilly – 1ns (chopped)
- Curry leaves – 12ns
- Garlic – 12ns
- Salt- as required
Preparation:
Take the grated beetroot in a bowl. Add the paste of chopped green chilly, curry leaves, Garlic, Ginger and salt. Add lemon juice to it and mix it well. That’s all the healthy Beetroot is ready. If you add one spoon of olive oil, it will give another taste to your pickle.
Shoe flower Chutney:
- Shoe flower – 2ns
- Coconut – ½ cup
- Green chilly- 1ns
- Curry leaves-12ns
- Tamarind- small piece
- Salt –as required
Preparation:
Grind the coconut without adding water. Add petals of flower, Green chilly, Tamarind, Salt and Curry leaves. Grind all it. That’s all Shoe flower chutney is ready.
