Here i am sharing such one recipe named Fruit-Nut salad which is very delicious and contains iron,fibers,vitamins,proteins and calcium. This can be used as a 'Exam Energy Booster'.

Ingredients
- 1cup Apple, Squarely sliced
- 1/2cup Pineapple, Squarely sliced
- 1/4cup Pome granate
- 2tspn Grapes, Dried
- 1tbspn Date, Sliced
- 5tbspn Almonds and Cashew, Crushed
- 3tbspn Honey
- 1/2cup Cherry, Sliced
- 1ns Banana, Sliced
- 1/2 cup Cheese(optional), sliced
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except cheese(optional) and place it in a freezer for 15 minutes.
- Serve in a plate by pouring some honey over it.
