While seeing the Euro cup in television in the late night made my stomach angry. While I am going to the kitchen to take something to eat, at that time I saw carrot and apple in the fridge. Today’s experience made me to think to prepare some variety and healthy food for tomorrows late night game.

On the next day after 4pm I start my preparation with apple and carrot. Knowing the importance of carrot and apple in diet and late night hunger made me to do two recipes ........

  • Apple Jalebi

Carrot Halve

  • 1kg Carrot, skin removed and scrapped
  • 3cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tin Milkmade
  • 1cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1tspn Cardamom, powdered
  • 25gm Cashewnut

How to Make it?

  1. Cook the scrapped carrot in 1 cup of milk taken in a pan.
  2. Then add 3cups of sugar and some ghee to it & Stir well and boil in Sim.
  3. After sugar starts melt Add milk made and remaining ghee to it.Mix well and cook.
  4. Finally add 1 tsp cardamom powder to it.Serve cooled with cashew nut furnish.

Apple Jalebi

Ingredients:

  • 10ns Apple sliced in round shapes
  • 1/2 tspn Dry yeast
  • 2tspn Sugar
  • 1/2cup lightly boiled water
  • 100gm flour
  • 1tspn melted Ghee
  • Oil for frying
  • Cashew nuts for decoration

How to make it?

  1. Add and mix dry yeast and 1tspn sugar to lightly boiled water taken in a bowl.
  2. Add a little flour to it and place it for 5minutes by covering the bowl.
  3. Then add remaining flour, sugar and Ghee to it and mix well.
  4. Place it for 1-2 hours for rising.
  5. Take a pan,heat it and add 1 cup oil.
  6. Dip the apple pieces to the mix early made which was placed for 2hours.
  7. Put the dipped pieces to the boiled oil and fry it.
  8. It can be used after putting to the sugar syrup .
